Melvenna Streetforge Open-Face Helmet
Melvenna Streetforge Open-Face Helmet
Streetforge. everyday urban freedom interpreted through Melvenna’s industrial design code an open-face city profile with a clean forged brow.

The Melvenna story
Melvenna was created around a belief that riding equipment should carry the same intent as the machine beneath it: purposeful, precise and built with character. We draw from motorsport discipline, industrial design and modern protective equipment to create helmets that feel powerful without becoming careless.
Our visual language is rooted in deep black, brushed metal, controlled gold and deliberate red or blue energy. It is a language of contrast—hard shell against soft interior, engineered lines against human movement, and aggressive presence balanced by responsible function.

Design philosophy
everyday urban freedom interpreted through Melvenna’s industrial design code Every contour on the open-face platform is intended to communicate stability, direction and control. The result is not a generic shell with graphics applied afterward; it is a complete design system where the silhouette, visor framing, vents, hardware and finish work as one object.

Materials & engineered details
The design language is built around an engineered outer shell concept, structured comfort architecture, visor hardware where fitted, ventilation pathways and carefully controlled trim. The open-face platform keeps the visual weight lower while maintaining the same deliberate metal-forward construction language.
- Open-face shell architecture keeps the silhouette connected to the street and the surrounding ride.
- Brow and visor geometry gives the helmet a clean front profile with a distinct mechanical edge.
- Low-profile side coverage and airflow channels preserve the light, mobile character of the platform.
- Structured interior zones are designed around comfort, stable fit and repeated everyday use.
- Dark metallic surfaces are balanced with a controlled accent palette for visibility and identity.
Production technology
Melvenna treats a helmet as a complete system rather than a painted object. Form development, surface transitions, hardware placement, ventilation logic, interior comfort and final visual balance are considered together. That process creates a product that feels coherent in the hand, on the bike and in close-up photography. The objective is consistency: clean edges, purposeful interfaces, balanced trim and a finish that remains visually strong under changing light. Product specifications and materials can vary by final production batch, so the delivered unit’s documentation remains the definitive reference.

Built for the ride
The Streetforge is designed to move between focused riding and everyday use without losing its identity. Its visual weight comes from structure, not noise: a controlled profile, considered contrast and details that reveal themselves as the helmet is viewed from the side, front and three-quarter angles.

A closer look
From the primary side profile to the close-up construction view, every image shows a different part of the same design logic: the surface treatment, the hardware relationship, the interior edge, the accent color and the way the shell holds its shape around the rider.

Melvenna signature
Hard lines. Quiet confidence. Technical depth. Melvenna Streetforge Open-Face Helmet is made for riders who want their equipment to look considered, feel intentional and stand apart from disposable design.
Product appearance may vary slightly by lighting, screen and production batch. Always review the final product specifications, fit guidance, certification information and care instructions before riding.
