Eligibility and Accurate Information
Customers must have legal capacity to purchase or act with authorization from a parent, guardian or organization. Current and accurate contact, billing, delivery and payment information must be provided.
Product Information and Availability
We work to describe products accurately. However, colors and appearance can vary because of screen settings, photography and manufacturing tolerances. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Features, accessories, packaging and availability may change.
Orders, Prices and Acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject, limit or cancel an order because of stock problems, pricing or description errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or legal restrictions.
If a canceled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded. Prices, promotions, taxes and shipping charges are those presented at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Helmet Selection and Safe Use
Customers are responsible for selecting a helmet intended for the relevant activity and market, following the model-specific size guide, reading all instructions and warnings, securing the retention system and inspecting the helmet before use.
Certification claims apply only when expressly stated for the exact model. No helmet eliminates all risk. Replace a helmet after a significant impact or when damage, deterioration or the end of its recommended service life is suspected.
Delivery, Returns and Warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Product warranties do not ordinarily cover accidents, impacts, misuse, modifications, improper maintenance, ordinary wear or use outside the stated purpose.
Intellectual Property
Melvennaβ’ branding, website design, photographs, graphics, videos, text and product presentation are owned by or licensed to the operator. Customers receive no ownership rights or commercial-use license by visiting the website or purchasing a product.
Prohibited Conduct
Customers may not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false claims, use unauthorized payment information, infringe legal rights or use the website or products for unlawful purposes.
Liability and Mandatory Rights
